From June 23 to 27, Volgograd hosted the X Conference of partner cities of Russia and Germany “Partnerships between cities: cooperation on the threshold of change. Innovative models in the field of economics, environmental protection and urban government.” The Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand, with the help of the Eventum Premo agency, acted as a transport sponsor of the Conference.
The Eventum Premo Agency team developed and then implemented on site a program for the brand’s sponsorship of the event, ensuring mobile integration into the project. All cars of the brand were branded, banners and flags of the company were placed in the hotels of the city and on the site. In addition, at the airport, more than two hundred guests were also greeted by welcome banners, an agency employee presented VIP guests of the conference with memorable gifts from VW, and, of course, all participants were treated to a transfer in comfortable Volkswagen NFZ cars. They didn’t forget about the representatives of the press: journalists received press releases, souvenirs and answers to all their questions. To all other federal and professional media, all materials were sent by email.
