No matter how strange it may seem, the Eventum Premo team loves not only to work, but also to relax. How nice it is, after labor-intensive foreign projects and events in conference rooms shielded from the sun, to relax, take a deep breath and walk through the mixed forest of your native Moscow region. That is why, contrary to expectations, habits and to the detriment of the day off, the agency’s specialists did not wait for Monday and went on a corporate vacation, which had become traditional, on Sunday.
Perhaps the main desire of the employees was to sleep in the fresh air and get enough sleep in principle, but this did not quite meet the plans of the management... After the traditional and important “debriefing” and drawing up the “future flight schedule”, ... tournament. Serious battles broke out in several “sports” at once: Cluedo, Scrabble, “Mafia” and, of course, Poker. It must be said that the last competition was very popular, which, however, is understandable, because they were not playing for clicks. By the morning it could be safely stated that event companies had never known such gamblers! However, the “mafia” also pretty much frayed the nerves of the “local residents”, but in the final they still won, no, not friendship, but goodness!
The non-working weekdays that began at dawn became instructive weekdays for the Eventum Premo team. Employees were able to increase their own professionalism, eliminate the accumulated education, and learn the latest event trends at a special seminar, an excerpt from which was presented to the audience by agency partners Alexander Shumovich and Alexey Berlov.
The corporate trip to Avantel Club Istra brought the agency team even closer together. Self-presentations of newcomers who have joined the Eventum Premo team over the past few months have allowed the “veterans” to learn a little more about them. Also, all agency specialists admitted their individual priorities for the next couple of years and outlined plans for the next five years. By all appearances, ambition is not our shortcoming!
The Eventum Premo agency left Avantel just as amicably. And just as amicably they went to work the next day.
