These are the rules for visiting the meeting room that have been hanging in our office for about a year now. Now we have moved to a new office, but the rules have moved with us :)
Everyone entering the negotiations undertakes:
- Be scheduled to attend the meeting
- Pour coffee in advance, and don’t run out shouting “Oh, I’ll pour some coffee and come back.”
- Be in a good mood, don’t yawn, don’t sneeze, don’t spoil your joyful mood with your sour appearance
- Come up with one brilliant idea after another
- Don't downplay your colleagues' ideas
- Be decently dressed so as not to distract your colleagues from contemplating pure ideas
- Don't sit idle
- Carefully remove traces of your visit (mugs, crumbs, pieces of paper)
