Readiness. People in places. In trembling hands are individual briefs, site plans, and a list of contact numbers. Silence. Last minutes. And suddenly everything changes.
Mathematics event management. 1000 people means at least 500 clarifying questions, 5 dissatisfied people, 1 mini-scandal with a little hysteria, 2-3 losses (phone, key, hat). First they come, 100, then 300-400 at once, then another 200, then another 100, 100. The last 100 usually don't arrive at all.
The defense is cracking. From above it looks like chaos. Everyone now has their own little battle, their own little feat. Right now, the zones where you decided to place a man are opening up and your defense is being broken through. The weak link.
A weak link means for you that you will have to use forces from another zone. Thus, weakening it. This means you must have a reserve. If the reserve is too large, you will not be able to feed your army.
The first encounter lasts from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the scenario. Then comes a respite. Time to patch up the wounds. Plug holes in the defense. Regroup the troops, that is, your personnel.
The second phase begins - the main battle. Longer, requiring jewelry precision and rehearsal of specific skills. This part requires endurance, it cannot be completed only in drive.
The winner is the one who saved the maximum number of people and forces during the first clash.
This moment shows everyone's character better than others. One fights silently and gloomily. The other - silently and with a smile, enjoying the process. He is the best fighter. But it is he who will be the most bored between battles... The third one is always trying to avoid his battle and calls his older comrades. The fourth one disappeared completely unknown where.
