On October 1, PR specialists from Eventum Premo returned from sunny Italy, where they conducted another foreign project together with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles - a test drive of the new generation Volkswagen T5 model.
The appearance of an updated model in the lineup of any automaker is always not only a big celebration, but also an interesting informational occasion that requires careful study.
Agency managers began to stir up the interest of media representatives a month before the test drive - journalists were offered exclusive photographs of the new model and an intriguing press release, which made them look forward to the event. Long and thoughtful work at the stage of preparation for the event made it possible to gather more than twenty leading Russian journalists at the very first test drive of the new Volkswagen T5 in Italy.
Internet, press, radio, television - not a single communication channel was left unattended.
As part of the project, individual press packages for the model were created for the media, which included the event program, all the necessary press materials (press kits, technical characteristics of the new T5 model, photos of the interior and exterior, statics and dynamics), and television representatives also received high-quality exclusive video recordings of the new car.
The agency worked through all the organizational aspects of the trip. The return from Italy was late at night, and in order for the tired and sleepy journalists to get home comfortably, a transfer from the VW model range was waiting for them at the airport, which was also an excellent end to the test. A few days later, the test participants received parcels with gratitude from VW Commercial Vehicles for their participation in the project and branded umbrellas of the brand. We hope that this will brighten up autumn everyday life, leave warm memories of sunny Italy in the hearts of journalists and strengthen our friendly union.
The joint cooperation of the Eventum Premo and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand began more than a year ago. During our work, many press communications projects were implemented within the framework of subscriber cooperation. Among them are also many foreign ones - press tours to international motor shows in Hannover and Frankfurt, support for international motor rallies and test drives.
