Event for introverts

Extroverts and introverts are normal people who look at life differently. But since there are more extroverts, their type dominates and is taken into account to a greater extent when preparing events.

Introverts make up about 25-30% of all people, they are a minority. But at the same time, they are often quite influential, since they are forced to earn money with their heads, and not with charm. Often the end customers of events are introverts. But for many introverts, almost any event is torture!

It's all about different types of perception.

Extroverts seek new experiences. They need to try a little of everything, they need a kaleidoscope of program numbers. They are captivated by fleeting activities - for a few seconds or minutes. They need breaks to socialize. At a party, they move from table to table, starting and stopping conversations, trying all the dishes. And to make decisions, they need intensive discussions with colleagues. The more colleagues, the better. They love meetings, conferences, parties.

Introverts find it difficult to go to events. Or rather, they don’t want to come to them at all, since it’s a stupid activity, it’s noisy, people pester you all the time, etc. The time could have been better spent. Introverts do not like rope courses, noisy team building events, etc. They're bored. And they don't fall for the usual tricks

Introverts need depth. Their infatuation should last for some time. They are fascinated by quizzes, tastings, coloring pictures, figurines - everything that they can understand and savor. They get offended when they are interrupted. They are interested in hidden meanings - they want to know the history of the company/product, how everything is connected, how it evolved. They like museums and artifacts. And they need breaks to rest, to recover.

Even though there are fewer introverts, it is worth remembering that this is still almost a third of the audience. The pace of the event and activities must be balanced to accommodate the interests of this audience.
