The role of the head just in it is in time to make decisions. It would be quite good, if decisions are accepted wise and thought over, but not always it is possible. Anything terrible, this business of experience and good luck. It is not so important, whether you are right or not, it is important that you have solved, and you operate.

When there is all information, each clever enough person can make the decision. But, usually, during the moment when all becomes clear, already too late. The nonideal decision accepted in time, better, than ideal, but overdue. The head should be partly the adventurer. Some decisions which I accept, have very strange motives if it is fair, hardly probable not droping coins. But from outside it is not appreciable. But, it allows to leave a stalemate condition when all wait that something happens. And it happens – any decision is made.

Charm in decision-making that is stimulus to actions, instead of to expectations. It is better to make and regret, than to regret that has not made. Refusal to operate in most cases – an error. Ability to make decisions, let sometimes to be mistaken, it is ability to move further most and to cause actions of others. It also is a key sign of the head, the businessman. It is rare enough skill, therefore it so is appreciated by a society.
