What do we expect from the candidates?
1. 1. We expect that a candidate wants to work definitely in our company and writes a letter definitely to us. The moral – write us personally.

2. Addressing to us write why you would like to work in our company. Realizing your motives and stimulus we can give you a job responding your interests. The moral – realize what for you need exactly this job.
3. We spend quite a lot of time on publication of what we deal with. Try to learn in advance something about our history, clients and a little on the whole about our business. The moral – learn something about your future employer.
4. During interviews they often put questions about “your strong and weak sides”, “how you imagine your career in 5 years” and other banalities. It is a part of the ritual. Don’t let them make you surprised by such questions. The moral – have home intermediates of the answers to the questions that you may be put.
5. Check the resume before sending. It should contain no spelling mistakes. All of us are people and all of us can make mistakes. But it is unacceptable in a resume. Having seen a mistake in such an important document we will think of you being unqualified or inattentive. The moral - be literate while writing.
6. The resume must be execute beautifully. It also takes into account because of showing your attitude to work. Don’t use 10 types, a lot of colors etc. at the execution. Show your taste and an ability to execute the documents. The moral – write beautifully.
