Russian test-drive with German quality

From 13 to 16 July 2010 passed a test-drive Polo sedan - a new car brands Volkswagen, made specially for Russia.

 

Event-team and PR-divisions of the Eventum Premo, engaged in organizing and providing PR support for the project, initially arguing about the numbers. What is not surprising: event-people have counted by the car keys, and PR-people – by the heads of journalists. In the end of all to understand, all counted, and rejoiced: in the four-days test-drive has participated a 18 cars, 123 people from 88 media, and 14 cameras.

 

Every morning, cheerful team Eventum Premo met participants of test-drive at Volkswagen Centre Vnukovo, where journalists were offered a delicious breakfast, an informative briefing and…  polished to a shine new Polo sedan (configuration Highline). After receiving the documents in branded envelopes and keys with bright trendy trinkets, journalists rushed to the parking lot, where the sun shone red and silver cars. Sedans breakdown of the color was not accidental, since exactly half a manual transmission, while the second - with an automatic.

 

Follow the prompts road-books and installed in the car GPS-navigators, the guests arrived at the Volkswagen AG plant in Kaluga. Just among the offices, production lines and German seriousness was organized this real picnic - with grass, huge puffs, balls and slim girls. After the journey and some rest time, the journalists went on a tour of the plant, which takes about two hours. For the first time the media showed all the moments of total production of cars, given full agreement on the photo and video, which is especially delighted the photographers and cameramen.

 

Trace all the stages of birth of the Polo Sedan, reporters sat in the car with another gear and went back to the Volkswagen Center Vnukovo. Along the way they called at Kaluga to check the car's behavior in urban settings, and stayed in foto-point beautiful snapshot.

 

Colleagues coming back tired, but satisfied by the program, by the car and by the level of the event organization, as many do not forget to mention in their submissions on the test-drive.
