On October, 20th, 2009 the solemn event for a case of start of a full cycle of manufacture of cars at factory Volkswagen Group Rus in Kaluga has taken place. Official start of manufacture declared the Prime minister of Russia Vladimir Putin and the chairman of board of concern Volkswagen AG of the prof. Dr. Martin Vinterkorn. Specially for V.Putin excursion on factory on electropenalties has been organised. During excursion which the general director «a Volkswagen of Grup Rus» conducted Ditmar Kortsekva, the chairman of the Government has familiarised with the new enterprise, has talked to workers.

During the event the agency Eventum Premo by tradition has provided PR support to Volkswagen and Skoda.
