Students Innovation Summit was held on 12 May as part of the industry exhibition CSTB 2011 sponsored by the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation. In the main hall was mounted a large LED screen measuring 3 x 8 m, while across the hall were mounted illuminated from inside the structure. Culminating event was the game of Telecom Act, known to many as the Wool Act. Special guest host started the game with the President of MTS, the Russian Minister of Communications and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sistema, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, who enthusiastically continued it with the audience.
