C7 Planning Meeting (C7 PM) - International Forum of the largest international telecom operators. Each year the forum takes place in different countries. In 2005 C7 Planning Meeting took Russia.

Forum C7 Planning Meeting (C7 PM) - an event in which representatives of international service providers meet the objectives of the planning, implementation, review and development of services and opportunities for networking, supporting protocols ACS № 7. C7 PM meets annually and its meetings are not organized by any registered organization. The forum is organized on a voluntary basis by an international operators - participants C7 RM, such operator is the host. The forum participants - heads of departments, responsible for network services and ACS number 7, the leaders responsible for the international network of its companies to provide international roaming. C7 RM conducted regularly since 1999.

11-15 September 2005 Forum C7 Planning Meeting was held in Moscow, where the host was the company Multiregional Transit. Together with MTT, a partner in organizing the event was Eventum Premo.

Before we had the following organizational objectives:

* Invite the delegates to attend, invitations, working out a registration form
* Providing visa support
* Finding and attracting sponsors of the event
* Work with the speakers
* Work with the hotel, providing internal logistics activities
* Provision of necessary equipment and communication
* Organisation of excursions and cultural programs
* Develop a scripted plan concert and a final dinner
* Preparation of souvenirs, handouts and gifts for participants
* Organisation of logistics
* Photography and videography, film editing for presentation to delegates on the day of departure
* Financial service activities

What was the work of the company-operator:

* Develop a schedule of preparatory work
* Create a common database of contacts for all participants, speakers, sponsors and contractors
* Develop a detailed program and event scenario
* Coordination of all services contractors under the plan works
* Collection of presentations of speakers - the formation of a folder of participants
* Design and production of souvenirs
* Visual design rooms
* Registration and issuance of folders, delegates
* Carrying out activities
* Organization of excursions, a final dinner with the invitation of folk band
* Preparation and presentation of discs with photos, presentations, speakers, a film about the event and gifts
* Financial service members, the organization of credit card payments bank checks
* Distribution of letters of thanks the participants, partners and sponsors of the event
* Providing financial report

Some facts

* The conference was attended by representatives of 35 countries.
* The working language of the event - English. Also, the English have been prepared all material.
* In addition to the memorable general photography, the last day of the event, all participants were promptly prepared a film on how the conference was held.
* The conference was held for 4 days.
